A: Meeting room time is included with your $125/month Business Hub membership. Every member receives 5 hours per month shared across both the small meeting room and the conference room. If you exceed your included hours, additional time is $30/hour for the small room and $35/hour for the conference room.

A: No. The Business Hub America is a membership-based facility. All meeting room access requires an active $125/month membership. We do not offer day passes or one-time room rentals. This ensures a consistent, professional environment for every member and their guests.

A: The conference room includes a large display screen, enterprise video conferencing capability, and high-speed fiber internet. It is compatible with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and all major platforms. The small meeting room includes a whiteboard and WiFi access. Both rooms are designed for productive, technology-supported meetings.

A: Yes. All members have 24/7 keycard access to the building. You can book and use meeting rooms in the evening for board meetings, after-hours client sessions, or any meeting that falls outside standard business hours. No staff coordination is needed — your keycard gets you in.

A: Contact us at (518) 631-2347 or speak with our front desk during staffed hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM). We will confirm room availability and reserve your time. Members track their 5 included hours and book additional time as needed.
